Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with MALENO. By ordering from us — whether through the contact form, Instagram DM, or email — you agree to the terms below. We've written them as clearly and honestly as we can.

1. About MALENO

MALENO is a handcrafted custom gel nail business based in Pakistan, run by Maleeha. All sets are made to order — each one is handcrafted individually and uniquely for you.

2. Placing an Order

  • Orders are placed via Instagram DM (@maleno.pk), the contact form on our website, or email (maleno.pk@gmail.com).
  • An order is confirmed only after we have agreed on the design, size, and you have made full payment.
  • We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

3. Sizing & Fit

  • All sets are custom-sized based on the measurements you provide. Please use our Sizing Guide carefully.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate nail measurements. We offer free sizing help — please DM us if you are unsure.
  • MALENO is not responsible for an incorrect fit if it results from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
  • If you are unsure about sizing, send us a photo of your hand next to a 10-paisa coin via Instagram DM and we will help you.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are confirmed at the time of order.
  • Full payment is required before production begins. We accept payment via bank transfer (details provided at checkout).
  • Prices may change without notice, but any confirmed order will be honoured at the agreed price.

5. Production Lead Time

  • Each set is handcrafted after payment confirmation. Standard lead time is 5–7 business days.
  • Lead times may be longer during peak periods (Eid, wedding season). We will always inform you of any delay.
  • We do not guarantee exact delivery dates as shipping timelines are controlled by third-party couriers.

6. Shipping

  • We ship to all cities across Pakistan.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once an order is dispatched, risk passes to the customer. MALENO is not liable for loss or damage during transit.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because every MALENO set is made to order and custom-sized, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because you changed your mind.

  • Defective or wrong item: If your set arrives damaged, broken, or significantly different from what was agreed, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
  • Sizing issues due to our error: If we made the wrong sizes after you provided correct measurements, we will redo the set at no extra charge.
  • Sizing issues due to incorrect measurements: We are not able to offer free replacements, but we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.

8. Custom & Personalised Orders

  • Custom design requests are welcome. Final designs are agreed upon before production begins.
  • We will do our best to replicate any inspiration images you share, but minor variations in handcrafted items are natural and not considered defects.
  • We reserve the right to decline designs we cannot replicate to our quality standards.

9. Intellectual Property

All nail designs created by MALENO are our original work. Photos and designs shared on our Instagram or website may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without our written permission. You are of course welcome to share photos of your own set and tag us — we love that!

10. Limitation of Liability

MALENO's liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including allergic reactions. Please do a patch test if you have sensitive skin. Gel nail products are not intended for children under 12.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under Pakistani law.
